pad
Im going to run a 9'' pad from the transom tapering down to 0 10' long, this will give me alot more lift , less drag and put my chine reals lower for added Stability at high speeds should give me a 6 to 9 mph speed gain. hi have moved my x chine reals 5'' as well with a imco 12-3 box and a -2 speed master shorty lower. Im trying to get in to the 80s i sure ill be the with this set up next summer. I have a lot of work going on but it will pay off when its done.

actually I have lost weight, all the old foam was wet, the 2 old tanks were aluminum and the new one is plastic. I have cut off around 200lbs and the new tank being in the center makes the center of gravity more of a central and lower location. Allowing the boat to handle better.
looks and sounds like ALOT of work BIG Daddy
ROCK ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks good.
Only thing I would suggest is you may want to add a couple of 'ribs' under the floor outside of your stringers. Basically little bulkheads, like what you have outside of your stingers where the fuel cavity ends and the engine room begins.
They will add a little extra support and keep that big flat spot from flexing as well as giving the floor support where you wil be standing.
