Default How long between layups without sanding

How much time can elapse between applying layers of fiberglass and resin? I am using polyester resin. I put down a layer of 1708 on monday afternoon and I want to put down another layer tonight. Will I need to sand it first?

Default fixx

it also depends if theirs wax in the resin,if no wax and it feel tacky 3 days should be ok..if theirs wax i would wipe the area down with acitone and a rag and grind over it...just so you know for the future you can lay multi layers at once which is stronger, just have everything precut and go to town..
