I measured 90 degrees from the bottom plain of the hull to the center of the lower bolt and got 8" or 20.32 cm

Last coat on the bottom. Now to cut and buff, do the gel on the transom, and re rig. Shouldn't take too long.....

Trying do cut small parts an remove them... but its not ideal. iīm searching for an better idea... Whatched your pictures, thinking you did the same?
And by the way... thank you for the inspiration - even when i stopped working, because something wonīt be removed... i whatched your pictures and thougt "there must be a way - you did it" :-)

Haven't had time to work on the boat lately.. and the last coat of gel didn't come out good. It all has to be sanded back off.
Easiest way I found to remove the chunks of wood was with an air chisel with a wide blade. It's slow going...

Sucks when life gets in the way of our projects.

I second the use of a wide, sharp chisel in a air hammer.
