Default 52 Jefferson Hull repainting

This is just to get some input on hull painting. Just to give a since of what we know so far. This is a 52 foot 28 year old Jefferson, and is a fresh water boat. Some 5 years ago the hull was painted, but my guess is they did no more then what is being proposed now. The hull was power washed, masked, and repainted, and the cost is around $2200.

The current bid includes buffing the whole boat, so this is the rest of that. There is an engine thru hull fitting which is starting to seep leak just a bit around the fitting, so the wood and glass is getting soft. My guess to do this right would take 8K to 15k. The entire bottom needs sanded down, wood/glass replaced, blisters fixed.
