Default Pine needles and sap on deck

I just picked up this boat which sat outside for awhile, and the deck is a mess...i was able to scrub most of the mess of pine needles off. I do not want to scratch up the paint by scraping it off.. Are there any solvents or good brands of cleaners that will remove all this sticky sh!t- what do you reccomend?
Thanks in advance!

Sam,
You picked up Guy's old boat? Goo gone? Dont use a green scrubby like my wife did on her car when she was young... That took the paint off. Go fig...

Real brake cleaner works well for pine sap. Cant be that environmental friendly junk. Go by napa and get some macs and it will get it off very easily.
