Theres probably 10 hrs of boarding over two days.
The cup gun is awesome, shot 2 qaurts on it, the hatch is 36 sq ft.
This time tomorrow should have good idea if there is enough on it.

Looking good! Wish i would have seen this post earlier ..... The learning curve on gell Is steep! Cup guns seemed to work better for me also. I was thinning with 10% strait stirene and covering with PVA ( Doesn't clog sand paper ) for my last build coat. I wouldn't spray any duratech on anything you plan on sanding and re-coating. Ever time I tried to sand and re shoot over that stuff it fish-eyed... BAD. I did use a similar product on my last coat to help it lay down and make cutting and buffing easier. I would have to look at my notes to see what the final mix is though.

Threepeat failure.
Tomorrow picking up higher grit paper for the board and going till sunset.
Trying to 50/50 gel duratec by the weekend as last ditch, as long as it lays down like paint i'll live with it,
have 1 qt gel left over and 1 qt duratech (jinx it up now by saying im not buying anymore)

Can see where how and why i went wrong, hopefully the board will flatten it out a little.
Have to get back in the water, would've been easier to build from scratch.

Hosed down you can see how bad it looks.
