Default Foam core hull damage repair

I purcased a 24 foot active thunder last year. Its a 1991. Looks like engine mount came loose at one time and damaged the hull. Now its causing gelcoat to come off on out side. Its not wood its like a hard foam. How to i go about repairing this? Im a mechanic by trade and have done some glass work but if this is a technical serious repair i might try and find someone to do it. Thanks.

It looks to me like the glass is broken and will have to be cut out and replaced with new.
Call someone that does it for a living.
