95 or 96 382

What is the general opinion of the 95 or 96 382's? I have found some that seem to be in decent shape aleast by the pics and the price seems reasonable. Any reason to stay away from these model years 382? What else should I look out for on these boats?

95 and 96's had the old hull design. The 97 has the new stephull design. Not sure of any major changes in the 95/96 other than the cosmetics.

and 98 is when they went to the white dash. Some of the interiors of the 95-97's look a little too Tubb's and Crocket for me.

I realize that the hull is a flat bottom and will be a little slower. The interior is close to the current Fastech other than the dash is black. You can pick one of these boats up for 70-75k which doesn't sound like a bad price.
