first time out and its already time to put it away
 

took the boat out for the first time this year on friday, ran good but my mechanic ended up putting the original carb back on instead of the holley that my dad had put on when the boat was almost new (15 hrs or so) Mechanic said that after two tries at rebuilting the holley couldn't get it to idle with it on???? anyway the stock (650 cfm i think?) carb ran well with the elderbrock intake, could tell a little difference on top end put I will worry about that another day. Im just glad to be back on the water. I am going to look into getting the holley rebuilt by a carb guy

Congrats and welcome back to the water :D .
That Holley should be able to be rebuilt by a good carb shop.
