This brings back terrible memories. I had the same stringer and bulkhead rot but also had to redo the entire transom. You could grab onto a drive and flex the whole transom. The good is that it is now better than new, the bad is that I have probably the most expensive 20 year old Formula around and it's still not done.

I feel your pain ... $$$$ ....but its done now and I know its right ...my Transom is rock solid ... lucky there .....m |
