Who has/had a 252LS/SS?

I am working on repowering my '98 252LS with a HP525. Has anyone here done a performance upgrade on the 252?

If I recall correctly, a OSO member had a procharged one several years ago before upgrading to a twin?

Looking for some input on what to expect with the HP525 and any advise and/or comments for me would be appreciated.

Sounds like a fun project. A friend of mine is doing a warmed over HP500 now 509 and a little more cam in a 242LS. We figure a realist 68...hopefully 70 :rolleyes:
I would imagine about the same from yours.
