I see them all over and i don't want a bimini. My last boat had the bimini and it was always in the way.

I think you are talking about the Anchor Shade product. Its available at www.westmarine.com

You're probably thinking about an "Anchor Shade". Just do a web search on MSN, Yahoo or Google. They're everywhere.

They also are of much sturdier construction than the Anchor Shade. Johno had an anchor shade that lasted him about two months, then he bought the Lost Bwana shade and said it is much better. I have a LB also, but I have yet to use it. :)
