Nelems Marine (Magicfloat) A Class Act!!!
 

Just wanted to post a Thank You, to Robert From Nelems, Robert was able to work out a problem i was having with a warranty issue, And i had never bought a boat from him, I would highly recommend him for anybodys Formula Purchase.

He went above and beyond for myself and i would think he treats his customers the same way, I will give him every opportunity when i am looking to upgrade to my next Formula, Once again Robert, Thank You, If only other Dealers would follow your lead it would make the boating experiance a pleasure!!!!, Jeff

...that Robert was gonna make something positive happen for you.

He's a good man, and an incredible asset to Formula owners/buyers, and Formula themselves.

another reason to be proud to be a Formula owner. They care for their customers like literally nobody else in the business these days...boats or otherwise.

As Robert says...he facilitates the care, Formula provides it.
Humble is yet another quality of Mr. Nelems. :)

Seems that way to me also. I looked at a 382 that he has..I just did not like the graphics. He certainly was a pleasure to deal with even though I did not buy from him

I'll second/third/fourth the above recommendations. (but he has been known to forget about some things he has promised a customer :rolleyes: )

In 30 years of boat buying I have never been treated better than I was by Robert Nelems, most dealers/brokers are pretty much done with you if things don't go as they want, Robert goes the extra mile to make his customers happy, and I will deal with him again,,,probably sooner than good sense should allow. lol

Yeah, it's small money but these are items I needed and he took care of me. I asked him when I ordered them what I owed him and he said he was too busy to look it up. Said he send a bill with the parts.....parts showed up, no bill!

You owe me $60.95,sent a bill today :drink: Parts orders are more of a customer service than a profit center,and always glad to help. We are a small company and sometimes I get behind in the small stuff when I'm making my house payment and truck payment with the big stuff. Lately I've been distracted fighting the big boat ban bill in the Alabama Senate,let a few things slide,the Senate will be over Thursday,we will either win or go down in flames,either way,I hope to get back to business Friday.Robert :drink:

I had to bust your chops Robert.....the circuit breaker you had in the bottom of the drawer isn't installed yet but it's a perfect match to the rest of mine. Thanks again, I felt I needed to request an invoice somehow and this thread provided the opportunity.
