Dash panel.......new gauges
 

1. I want new gauges, do I need to replace the dash panel or can I make it look right with the original one, if I need a new one where can I get one???

2. If I switch to Livorsi what all am I going to need to make the conversion???

Replace all senders with Livorsi and order the right size gauges (mostly standard) bezels are a nice touch too! That should be about it!

I just bought all new gauges from Gaffrig. White face, all 270 degree sweep (more gauge range) along with bezels and new senders. They look great, can't wait to get them installed.

If you are replacing the original VDO gauges, you have to change the senders.

Exactly, except be careful about the bezels b/c they take up room and you may not be able to use them in the stock dash.

I used the stock dash as a template, reconfigured my gauges and drilled new holes to suit my needs on 1/8" thick aluminum.

what are the 2 upper outside gauges ...? water Press ?

Redid the dash in my 311 several years ago with Gaffrig (now Livorsi).

If anyone is interested, I have a black 80 m.p.h. Nordskog speedo with white/yellow logo. Also have two black Gaffrig Precision hour meters.
