242 Formula LS Beam?

Hey Guys,

Quick question, what is the true beam of the older (1990/1992) 242 LS. rub rail and all?

A friend of mine wants to store his in a warehouse for the winter that has a 8'6" door opening. I don't think the trailer will fit but the boat might.

I told him if the boat fits the opening, he should look into getting a dolly (like the show room display kind) then put jack stands under it once inside.

My 302 is 8'3", and I know my 242 wasn't any wider.
