Really need to sell my 311
 

Okay, I've got serious money down on another boat and need to sell my boat. I just reduced the price a bit cause I need to find her a new owner.

Anyone who is interested in one VERY rock solid boat get hold of me.

Would appreciate it if she goes to a good home, someone who will take as good of care of her as I have.

Good Luck, I had a flurry of people interested in mine but they all have smaller boats they need to move first. I've been a 2 boat owner for a month now!!! :(

311's have not done well on ebay,I had a friends up a while back and the highest it went was 27,000 with alot of updates,more than any I have seen on ebay all summer,I look at Formulas every day on ebay like clockwork,the average lately has been 20-23,000 on 311's there,My friend has been a 2 boat owner since last fall,hard to swallow but we have not tried all that hard to sell his 311 due to the horrible market right now for selling,being Aug in Ohio does not help us!!

No, I didn't try Ebay, but I too have kept an eye on what 311's were bringing there. It wasn't encouraging.

Right now for ALL of us, the used boat market is in the tank. The people that might be looking at our boats are the ones who are being hit the hardest by the economics of the times. People are selling half million dollar Cigarettes easier than I can sell my 311.

Such is life.

Someone, somewhere is going to get a very nice boat for the money.

Outlaw: While I know that the boats are not getting bid up that much on EBAY it does get the word out on your boat. I know a lot of guys that were trying to sell their boats for a long time with zero action then after the Ebay adds people started to look. None of them sold their boats through Ebay but they all agree that Ebay is the reason that they sold.

I agree with ebay. For $50 it will get the most exposure anywhere. I sold my old boat off a lead from ebay. In 7 days I had 3000 + people look at the auction. Although it never met my reserve price, one of the people bidding gave me what i wanted after the auction.
