382 w/600's--87 GPS
Dano wanted to do a final shake down before we send it west. Blower motors must like chilly weather (45 degrees) :D With engine hatch open slightly, and lightly hitting the rev limiters, 29 Labbed Maximas ,87 GPS. Boat had been capable of low 80's in it's first 30 hours, guess a little break in and lower temps make some horsepower. :drink:

Those PB guys probrably don't know how to trim a Fastech :D This boat has gen and air and had 1/2 fuel. But as I have said before, there is something about Smith Lake,Alabama water. :drink:

Doesn't the ECU allow for a little more boost after 20 hours? I thought that Merc built that into the program. I think I read that somewhere, but can't remember where. Just a thought! Cool numbers. Good to see that these Heavy and Luxurious Fastech’s can make some MPH!!

Looking at possibly getting this same setup within a few weeks. Didnt PB mag test a 382 with 525's and hit 79mph in 5 ft waves. They said it was def an 80mph boat in the right conditions. What are most people seeing with 600's?
