For Sale 91' 311-sr1
 

Hey everyone,

This is a sad day for me :(

I am having to put my 1991 311-SR1 up for sale due to purchasing my first house!!!

This is a really big step for me and is probably one of the most important things i will have to do...and sadly the house has to come first, it pains me to say it.

The average house price in the area that i am situated in is equivalent to $580,000....ouch!!! so you can imagine i'm going to need all the help i can get!!!

If anybody is interested please send me a message, she's a cracking boat with many years left in her, the motor and drives have been faultless.

I'm looking for $32,000.

Sorry to hear you must sell her. You and I had a few exchanges earlier this summer, I have the 292 with the same graphics/interior. Aren't you on the other side of the pond? Good luck to you and the sale and the purchase. ;)

Yeah i remember our conversations a few months back!! i've had some good trips on her this year visiting some of the other islands in my area!!

I need the money for the deposit on the house...it's a nightmare, it probably be cheaper for me to buy a 400SS and live on it... :D

however, where i live in the UK house prices just keep going up whereas a boat will just keep going down so got to think logically....investments and all that!!
