dunno. I've noticed that too. My '02 dry wieght is listed as 8575 lbs.

I have scales right next door and am going to wiegh it this spring, then wiegh the trailer after and get a boat wieght. Will note fuel load in gallons, and other than 150~ lbs of gear...should be interesting to find out what this thing really wieghs!

don't know why it would be "wrong"???

I can't believe they never wieghed one complete at the factory. I'm sure many of the overhead tram cranes have scales. It's also a quality control issue in knowing how much material is in the hull and deck.

you would think with inputs on wieght at build they could be more accurate than just within 500 lbs.

On the HBW travel lift, full of fuel and gear for a week, mine was almost 10k...

So:
8600 dry
1085 fuel
300 gear
9985 total

so who was in attendance who doesn't write checks to HBW? I'm sure from the tone of your post you were tracking this closely...

Thank You. Five boats purchased and 17 years of dockage probably does qualify me for that elusive "A" list and the "free" shrimp...

but we had other plans.

have fun with that.

Simply referencing you fondness for Mrs. Axa's chocolate chip cookies.

Reference was that there was a lot more familiar faces than in some years past, which is one of the reasons for the deal.
