TIBB crew- come out and play!

the crew's been MIA way too long...

where are you on that boat deal 5P? I PM'd you back.

keeping a fine "Edge" on that acid tongue there Ragged? :argue:

The Senator's got a "guy" working on something of his right this very minute... I'm sure of it! ;)
maybe even for the second or third time. :evilb:

'Bird, it was nice bumping into you in the trailer forum the other night. Trolling that forum looking for trouble is pretty sad as you noted. :p

Who wants to launch the first volley?

ThirdBird 02-28-2007 05:17 PM

Here we go................................

5PMSMWHR 02-28-2007 07:20 PM

I'm lookin' at one of them ice fishin' huts up in the UP, gonna go take a look at her Friday. Ever since grumpy old men, I've wanted one of them things. I've been out of town the last couple days in NJ being reprogrammed by the corporation.

Rippem 02-28-2007 08:28 PM

Ragged, my little buddy...

where are you? :(

please check in.

Couldn't you just build one? Axa's probably got a "guy" that can set you up.:drink:

I can relate to the reprogramming thing, we call it corporate charm school.

Rippem 03-01-2007 05:33 AM

my boss gave up a long time ago. It's not, but has some similarities to the corporate world.

I can usually see/smell him approaching from some distance with "change", "improvement", "new policy" whatever the handle is this month.
Then I let my Turett's fly and he runs
Simple fix for that chit really.
and he still loves me
I still get what I want
and I still do things my way. :D

have you seen the commercials for "careerbuilder" where management hunts employees Planet of the Apes style in the woods with nets and water cooler bottle traps, and those that don't get captured jump off a cliff so they won't be?

while they are running and panicing one asks another "what's going on?"

another guy replies "they are looking for "volunteers" for a training seminar"

funny chit!

ThirdBird 03-01-2007 05:53 AM

Haven't see that one, not only funny but sooooo true.:D

Yo, Axa, let's post up some pics of your newly customized hauling rig. Get the big aluminum bling rims on it yet? Got your Bird emblems on it yet (mine are in place:cool: )? Put 10 grand worth of sonic power in it yet?

C'mon man, give it up for us.

My mother always said "If you can't say something nice, then say nothing at all."

I've often wondered where I was when those words of wisdom were passed on. :D

Have you two no shame. RIP you know that Bird is Axa's "Bumpin' Guy". You need to get back to "Trolling" behind those ER curtains.

Have Axa's "guy" make you up some of those "ragged edged" Fountain buzz saw blade emblems.

Or, you can just wait a few months till I see you this summer and while you're sleeping till noon in your teeny-weeny cabin, I'll plaster a Bird on your boat.:p

I have a collection of the latest and greatest Fountain Bling already. Thank you very much. And some mighty fine bling it is at that, direct from the "Man", being low tech, I don't have any "Guys".

Samantha says to tell you it's not teeny-weeny, and she considers the cabin quite spacious as well. Possibly if your stature was somewhat closer to mine your view of the cabin would be different. Though I expect that stature must be handy when trying to look over those snow banks in your area lately.

There will be no placement of one of those "Thunder Chickens" on the Fountain either.

Speaking of "see you", what happened to you during the boat show? You were not amoung the "Show & Dinner Entourage" on saturday afternoon.

ThirdBird 03-01-2007 04:15 PM

[QUOTE=RaggedEdge;2043100]There will be no placement of one of those "Thunder Chickens" on the Fountain either./QUOTE]

If you don't get your butt out of that boathouse before 1PM, there certainly will be a "Chrome Crow" slapped on that "Reggie Runner".:D

That's only because it LOOKS large with you in it. When I sat in it I felt like I was in the trunk of a Neon. :evilb:

I'm come home from a 250 mile day sledding and find the rest of the TIBB twisteds in the yard playing.

Doesn't get any better!

OK, it does. Four months from now when it's 80*

Where'd ya go? Any place cool?

Got this use of a perfectly good piece of literature, was more concerned with the "I'm come home from" typo slur myself.:p :D

Thought you got rid of the sled a few years back?

see the last 3-4 pages of the "snowmobiles" thread in The Bilge.

Raggd' I can still remember all of us "dudes" riding from the house with the rest of the Theresa cew like it was yesterday. That was a good ride. It's fun to ride locally with a group when the conditions allow.

You and Christopher tipping over on the Touring in very slow motion going up that culvert embankment just as you go into Clayton. :p

I was behind you two. I had the best seat in the house for that! :D

It was funny as he!!

I'm sure I speak for many when I say I'm waiting patiently (patience being my personal forte') to be wowed by the senator's latest advancements in blowing cash and dazzling the pedestrians with bling...

I have my sunglasses and earplugs handy, let the show begin!

I remember that myself. Nothing like a two-up touring sled on a steep side hill. I believe the rider comment was "Now will you let me drive?"

One of so many memories, every day with that kid was a new adventure.

OK, Axa gave me permission so let's get this started, a sneak pic taken in a field nowhere near here. (I think he had his "Snow Guy" clear the field) Note the cow catcher to aid in obtaining parking at HBW. The only other mod I can see is the sweet retro raised white letter tires. To look just right behind the wheel of this rig he's consulting his "I need a mullet" guy.

Same truck, 24 hours and $25K later. Axa would like to thank "ALL his guys" for the effort.

All Blingerized!!! I do think the mullet is out now, a Bro' Doo would go better with the loooooooow rider look.

Is that green container on the back side of the box for spare parts? The outrigger style mount is clever, saves room in the box for larger items.

Thought you were headed to inspect that 353 this weekend, what's up with that?

5PMSMWHR 03-03-2007 02:43 PM

Ice storm, liqoured up crew, broke plane, never got out of Syr. Replan is in progress, most likely looking at the weekend of the 17th, next week I'm on Vacation, off to the wine country of CA.

Well at least the plane broke before it took off. Did the liquored up crew have anything to do with it's untimely demise?

Was in N.Y.'s wine country saturday evening for dinner. The Inn on the Lake in Canandaigua, long way to go for dinner, but excelent food and wine. Told Samantha the next time she needs to pick a place a wee bit closer to home. Did check out a new Fountain at Sutter's on sunday, too small though, I need a big Formula crusher, I'm getting way out numbered in the boathouse.
