With all of the great press Robert gets, maybe we should start a fan club:drink:

I just took delivery on a 260 BR from Robert and could not be happier. Every step along the way was easy and professional. Robert and his team took great care of us and was very accomodating and did a great job of communicating along the way. Even though we had several months between purchase and delivery, Robert quickly addressed even the smallest question. His delivery driver (Andy) was professional, communicated above and beyond, and delivered the boat on-time.

Boat looks great, and I can not wait to splash her this weekend!

Robert has been very good to us as well :)

Robert took care of a relatively insignificant parts order for me while he was in the midst of readying for a busy boat show. Talked to him on the phone (he was literally out of breath from running around), polite and helpful and friendly.

I was thinking after talking to him, "no way is he going to remember this order". Well, he did and the parts showed up promptly.

Thanks Robert, you should hold a class for other dealers on how to satisfy customers.:cool:

I'm all up in that too, best boat buying experience I ever had..
He sets the standard, that I wish all boat dealers used.
