2008 Models?
 

I see that a few dealers have some 2008's forsale already. When do the 08 models offically come out? Anyone know?

The new model year starts July 1,has for years.But Formula likes to have the new brochures ready for the mid July dealer meeting,so they build one of each new model early for the May photo shoot. The 08's you are seeing are probrably those boats.We bought the 08 353 and 382 photo shoot boats,they will be the ones in the 08 brochure.

Is it common to see a prices drop for leftovers when the 08 models come out. The reason why I say this is, I'm looking at an 05 leftover 271. Boats never seen water, price is pretty low now, but I would LOVE to see it go a bit lower. I'm wondering if I should hold off and wait to see if they drop the price more. Their asking 83,200, plus freight and prep, for a 271 05 leftover, is that a resonable price you think? I would like to see 75,000 plus freight and prep. Am I asking for to much. The boat doesn't come with a trailer either.
