Default freshwater flush option

OK, the new to me '02 353 has freshwater flush on the 500s, can I just hook up the hose and crank up the motors? Never had this option before. A little guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Aren't we the smart ones!!! Both have boats and on a perfect day here we sit, you cleaning vynil all day, and I was sanding sheetrock.

As for your FW flush deal, you in "theory" should be able to fire them up on the hose, I would check to be sure they are in fact plumbed in and functional before you try this deal. No water for a nano-second, or so , and your sea water pump impellor is toast. Been there, done that , not nice. If you are not sure on your own, have someone check it out for you first.

Maybe I'll go look at mine tomorow , before I go back to work on the sheetrock.

BTW your paint is the HOT one of the trio!!!

Factory flush is plumbed before the seawater pump, turn on garden hose and start, sure and simple.
