Need HELP!!!!
 

started to drive, popped out of gear now won't go into gear. Just put in a new lower unit, could this be the upper unit? please help!

Could be as simple as the shift coupler. Those little clips can be troublesome. Did you do the drive swap? If so, are you sure you got the shift cable clipped properly? It has to engage and then be clipped down to lock it.
