1996 sr 419 project available great deal

My formula had an interior fire, damage was limited to the back seat and engine hatch.
Check Mcleod all new skins and foam have a total cost of about $3000 dollars
Any one interested in a good deal! Needs lots of elbow grease
most of the work is disassembly and some surface gel damage
i would let it go for $85000.00

Boat has 350 hrs
motors have 150 hrs
outdrives less than 50 hrs
on trailer

Any one that knows this boat knows it was in great shape everything worked

Motors are custom built hp 500 with prochargers at 5 psi boast
making. At 6 psi made 980hp but decided i would go for longer life with lower boost

Though i would offer it to my formula family first

guillermof 08-29-2007 08:22 PM

Not slow by any stretch of the word

I happen to stumble upon the boat recently (Post Fire) and Guillermof is correct, somebody that has the time and "know how" could really get a great deal. From what I saw, it doesn't need much more than some new cockpit interior. But unfortunately I'm mechanically "challenged" so not sure what else would be required.

Pictures of damage would be nice.

This is something I would be interested in if it has not gotten into the wireing harness.

Only problem, I have a 357 to get rid of first.
