What do you think it is? It has to be more than "time of year" or people wanting a fresh water boat. Heck, re-register it in a freshwater location and if it's well taken care of, nobody would know. :rolleyes: I've seen some freshwater stuff that looks waaay worse than my lifetime of saltwater use...
