where to buy k-planes
 

I decided to put k planes on instead of the bennet tabs on my 292. I just have a few questions for people.
1) How much faster are the k planes than the Bennet's from full to nothing?
2) Was it difficult mounting the k planes, drilling through the transom?
3) Where to buy them from?

I went from Bennett tabs to K-Planes and couldn't be happier. Purchased them through Competition Marine Center (St. Charles MO) and they installed them. A bigger job than I wanted to tackle. The structural grid makes it difficult, requiring windows to be cut into the grid where it meets the transom in order to get to the back of some of the bolts. CMC did a great job and I felt much better leaving it up to professionals on such a new boat. Either way, you are smart to go with the K-Planes! Here are the results.
