Enclosed Area?
 

Just What Is Below The Area's In The Engine Compartment On Either Sides On The Stringers. It Is Enclosed And My Batter Boxes Are Mounted To It. Several Differents Holes Are There From Different Battery Boxes Which I Am Sealing But I Don't See Any Drains Anywhere. Could These Be Full Of Water??
