Do you pull the 357 with the Excursion? If so, how does it do?

If not, have you made any improvements to the Excursion to ready it to pull the 311? The Excursion is a nice pulling rig after you fix Ford's stupidity on suspension issues. They couldn't decide if it was going to be a soccer mom grocery getter, or a Super Duty wagon. So they compromised and made it neither. Sorry, rant over, but my prior questions still hold. thanks.

Yes my Excursion for 1 is a diesel with twin turbo ( I added the second) with the Hypermax boost set up. I have added a 3rd rear spring for towing and with 12,000 LBS the back end does not move. The Hypermax adds about 200 HP. I love my truck.

The add was from 2006 it was not really for sale when I called the guy he said it was in his boat house and he was not using it since he bought a new boat. So I sent him a check in full based on me seeing the boat after I saw it wow I love it. This boat is as clean as my 357 was. Leaving Tuesday to get it.

Mirrors are an easy fix. Has TRS. I hope he doesn't get that price or I will want to shoot myself for letting mine go for what I did :(

I agree the price is somewhat high .....but I do think the value has made some comeback in the last year or so ...m

Sold mine in October last year, listed since August, and I saw a heavy decline in value. Was in Florida at the time, so no winter issues per se.

Of course after I sold it I had a couple people tell me they would have bought the boat if I still had it at the original price :hitfan: Oh well..... I'll find a way to forget :cool-smiley-027::evilb:

Still ice soon though, it is in a boat houst.
