Water In bilge

Need help I have a 1989 311 formula with twin 502's.. Took the boat out for a run and noticed the bilge pump came on raised the hatch guess what water.. It looks like it is coming threw the transome assembly. Is there a gasket that I can change? I know I will have to pull motors to do this.. Any ideas what I't can be ...

Check the gasket that mounts the trim pump lines to the transom assembly, they are located right under the assembly from the outside, they are known to leak.

How about the bellows or shift cable?

Check the seal on the tiller arm. It is # 4 on the pix.

Might want to look at the thru-hulls for your indicator cables, too. Had one of mine leak on my '89 311. They should be re-sealed every few years anyways.

Looked at it again last night I did find a hole in the bellows on top thanks for the info. Should I replace seal on the tiller arm and the tru-hulls I dont know if this has ever been done I just bought the boat last year. How hard is it to do. Where can I find info on replacement parts. thanks............
