97 382 loaded boat. any formula guys out there interested in an even up trade for a 312 . motors are both fresh w 0 time . boat is listed in classifieds on oso . boat is just bigger than i need . i would consider an even swap for a newer 312 w options. just thought id give it a try thanks guys
