Nice ride, congradulations. Nothing like your first ride in a new boat. I hope you were looking out for icebergs!

CBD2,
I almost bought an '89 292 just like yours, same colors, same year. Not many with that color scheme out there. Did you buy it new? The used one I was looking at was in Michigan about 8years ago. Still have pics of it someplace. Same boat?

No, I'm the first owner. I purchased as a left-over in 1992 from Tom's River Marina in NJ. It had 8 hours on it that were demo hours. Formula sold it to me as new vessel with all warranties. It's been a great boat with no problems other than normal maintenanace. I've painted the aqua hull sides with imron about ten years ago. Other than that shes all original.
There was the sister to my boat on Lake George in the mid 90's but it's been gone for some time now. This maybe the boat you saw for sale.
I can't believe she 19 years old!! Where has the time gone? Oh well thats for the post.
Cyrus

ps. Got pis of your 311, I still think Formula's 311sr1 and F242LS were the best boats they made.

Great Video!! Man, do I love that part of the country!!!!

Question on the bimini...how tight is it trying to SQUEEZE it back into the engine compartment. I had a hell of a time last weekend when I put mine up to see how it fit. I will say I was very impressed with its fit, but man, getting it put away in the engine campartment was a toughy!!!

Again, great looking boat and congrats on owning the Brochure boat!!!!
