ligenfelter 540

anybody come across these motors ? Formula put them in a few 38/41 fastecs back in the 99'/ 00' ???? I was looking for a set of used ones

RedDog382 on this board has one of those boats. As I understand it, he's happy with them. Lingenfelter has a good reputation regarding engines, although I'm not sure about the company since John Lingenfelter was killed a few years back.

I have a friend that has one, he keeps it right next to mine on the river. What a beautiful sound it make when he starts it up, he has put alot of hours on it and still runs great. It`s in a Baja 25 H2X:drink:
