Finally Filled up the boat

With the price of fuel, I decided to hook up the boat and make a run to the station to top it off.

I mixed some 4.50$ gas with some 1.47$ gas yesterday. Let the pump run until it shut off.

150.00 to top it off instead of 450.00. Can't beat that. I hope the prices stay low into the summer.

We just drained out 135 gallons of $4.00 gas out of the boat. We are redoing the motors and the gas has been in since Aug. it had to go . I filled up my truck my wife Suburban my buddies wife Suburban my buddies truck 35 gallons in a drum and 15 gallons for the lawn mower. Thank god for blue Holley fuel pumps. :drink:

I've been transferring fuel also, I had about 150 gallons (the three dollar ninety seven cent stuff)

Filled up the wife's car three times, my car twice, all the lawn stuff, and 3 five gallon cans.

Still plenty in there I guess, It'll be getting topped off with the 92 octane stuff as soon as I get the slightest hint fuel prices are going back UP.

We are at $1.35, $1.45, $1.55 and I hope it's stays that way.

I bought it at LOTO for 1.35 over the holiday. It started going back up a few days ago.

I bet we either hit, or are very near the low. So IMO we are not going to find the prices much lower.

I agree... here in the NY we are still seeing 1.70 - 1.65, I only hope it stays down for the upcoming summer.
