353 Bolster Seats
 

I have a 353, and the white paint on the steel parts on the bottom of the bolster seats is chipping off. I was thinking of somehow removing the steel and having it powder coated...Any ideas as to how to do that, or will it be too big of a job to remove them? I also think the white handles on the top, back of the bolsters would look good powder coated. I have a purple livorsi steering wheel and would like to go with the purple powder coating. Any ideas....?

I removed the handles your refering to and had them powder coated on my last Formula.....not that big of a deal once you start taking things off. Start from the back and underneath, you'll figure it out pretty quick. The bottom pieces could use a touch-up on mine now but I'll wait another year or 2 to do these.

Do you think it is a job for someone that does interiors, or is it a do it yourself job?
