Tach Brand & Size for 1999 353
 

This may sound stupid because I should know, but my boat is in storage and I know I need a new Tach, anyone know the sizes and brand that they used from the factory in 1999 on a 353 w/ 502's for the Tach's? Thanks!!!

Std size 4"Gaffrig,white bezel,but it gets complicated.Back then,Livorsi made them.After the lawsuit,the new gauges say Livorsi,same gauge,different name on face.You can buy a Gaffrig from the current Gaffrig folks(the old Gaffrig)but it may be slightly different. I may have a new original Gaffrig(by Livorsi )in stock,will look tomorrow. I warned you it was complicated:drink:

I've got two out of a 1999 353. One works perfect, the other one needs to be calibrated. I'll make you a great deal. Let me know.

By the way i have Red Bezels on mine, I believe these can come off and go on the new guage, correct??
I knew there was some crazy stuff that went on between Lavorsi & Gaffrig.

Just went on Gaffrig Performance and they call out the guages @ 3 3/8" & 4 5/8", i am guessing its the 3 3/8"?

It is 3-3/8",the red bezel just slides on.I do have a brand new original,but I'm sure your best deal would be Axa's.I was just chiming in if nobody else had one.
