I'd guess around $2k min, don't have one for my 353, but would like one.

Might be able to find a used one cheaper.

I'm sorry I can't help with a 353, but I did want all the Formula guys to know that the factory just faxed me a list of left-over bimini tops available at the factory at huge savings.
