Isenglass (sp?) cleaning
Just got done cleaning the side curtains for my father's boat. They're up all the time and really get pretty ratty looking. I used Meguiar's Mirror Glaze No. 17 Clear Plastic Cleaner with a foam pad on a buffer. All I can say is WOW!!! Took every bit of grime, scratch, chaffe mark and everything else out. They look like new! Nice and soft and pliable now too. This stuff works.
Now that the experiment is done on Dad's boat, I'll do mine.:p |
Maybe you should put some on the bottom near the transom. I heard it will give you that extra 5mph you need to get ahead of ME.
