fastech door guides

Any one ever change lower door guides for cabin door? mine on 312 seem to come off the bottom of door, screw pulled through holes. Is it comon? Thanks

I changed them on my 312 about 4 years ago. Ordered the guides from Formula, can't remember how I changed them but it wasn't too bad.
