My 223ss
 

Thought I'd post a quick video of our new 223ss. I removed the swim platform it was cracked and faded. I'm going to fab up an aluminum one this winter, as well as some other cosmetic upgrades. I was running a 21p mirage and got 54mph w/60gal fuel and two people but was overrevving. Then I tried a 25p turbo and got 55mph but only 4000rpm. Finally put on a 23p older mirage and got 58.8 at 4500 with 60gal and two people, I'm guessing I'd be close to 60 with a quarter tank and just me? My dad was driving later in the video so I could get some film of it running along side us. He didn't trim it up in the video. Anyway here it is!

Wow really nice Video.. I thought about taking off the platform.. How do u get in when ur in the water is my question :lolhit:

Right now we have a little ladder that hooks to the side, but I'm going to be either buying or making a new swim platform this winter.

Any pictures of that ladder.. Would like to see some pictures as well.. Really NIce boat
