311 Input ??
 

Ok working on the 311 i bought a mth ago, and looking for some input... have the windsheild removed to tint the windows and cant decide on the windsheild frame color. It is now white which looks very good, but will it clash with the tinted windows, so question is do i redo the frame in black? Anyone out there have any pics of a 311 with a black frame? I plan on painting the sides of the boat black aswell, from the rub rail down to the water line.

Also some of the screw holes for the windsheild are wallered out , anyone know of an epxoxy or something i can use to fill them and i can redrill into?

You can use Marine-Tex for the screw holes.

Or mix up some resin right?

I would put wood in there with resin then you can tighten up the screws. When the resin dries up you can back out the screw and seal it back up. If you paint it black it will be hot as hell!!!

That's what I was thinking - I'm slowly getting rid of all the black on mine.
