I'd try to clean the slides and the tracks first. Even a little debris in the track can cause it to move hard. Then a little silicone spray on a rag to give it some lube. If I remember right, there are philips head screws and nuts exposed on the bottom and top of the door. Can you post a picture of it, that might jar the memory!

Allready tryed with some cleaning spray/oil,but the door i stuck,I`ll take a pictures of it,thanks.

I always liked the 336. Enjoy it for what it is- a classic boat. According to my old magazine the company said 67 mph with the old 390 hp carburated 502s so you should be over 70. Depends on if you are a hardcore race guy or enjoy cruising at fast but not warp speeds. It works for me!
