Corsa transom Exhaust

Has anyone used the Corsa eletric cut-out style transom exhaust? My brother has the entire set-up that he isn't going to use and my 242 has a mint transom that seems to be wanting two holes in it :) I thought it might help my EFI 396 SBC I have in the works breate a little better.
