Need VDO Blue Line Tach
 

Hey - Does anybody have a VDO Blue Line Tach for sale or know where I can get one? I'd appreciate any info. Thanks. If you have one, please shoot me an email at [email protected]. Thanks!

For what it is worth: if the tach just fails (no mechanical damage) this is often caused by a specific failing electrolitic capacitor on the circuit board. They have the tendency to age causing a short circuit or low internal resistance.
I have repaired quite a few of those tachs succesfully.

It could be an alternative if you don't have the luck to find a working tach.
