Horn

My horn doesnt seem to be working...I think the diaphram is shot...How do I gain access to the horn (where is it)..how much does a diaphram cost?

I think the compressor is fine because when i press the button i can here it running.

Mine does the same thing......sometimes it works, sometimes I can just hear the motor TRYING. Anyone else been able to fix this issue???

The horn is two parts, the horn that gets stuck. And the air motor that also gets stuck. You can free up the horn br putting shop air to it.The air motor can be taken apart and cleaned.I gave up on mine and use the air can the stock horn was never that loud anyway.
Its in a bad position gets to much mosture from the engine bay.

Many times.....no problem what so ever. Only once I came home in 4-5 footers and that was not fun! We try to go over early, come home late in the day..... usually it's pretty calm and the boat handles it very well.

My boat is For Sale if you're interested let me know. :drink:

Thanks for the input, I just wish that the 292 had shore power and hvac for those nights I have too much fun at block :drink: Good to hear that the 292 takes it well cause yeah cruising speed would be the minimum I go coming back.

I am not ready yet, still looking at all the reacurring fees and such before I make an offer on something.

Is it listed here?
