Can someone tell me how you post a video on the forum from you tube?

There are two ways one is to post the actual screen that you just click and play.I don't know how to do that.
How I do it go into the video and while watching copy and past the web address.You got something good?

just copy the link from the address bar from the You Tube page and then reply to this thread in the advanced mode and you will see a You Tube icon above this window and left clic the icon then past the you tube link between the You Tube Brackets .......m
