What would it take to get it gone?
 

In today's market what price would it take to sell my 2001 382 F2. There is not alot of these boats out there and it is hard to come up with a price to start at. The boat is in great shape but not perfect. It is powered by fresh 500 Hp's with XZ drives. Any thoughts on what $ amount to start with? Thanks

Do you guy's think mid 50's would be out of line. The only reason i ask is i hate god d#$m tire kickers or the guy who calls asked all about talks your ear off and then *****es about your price. I would rather just put a fair price on it and get it sold quick.

From what I see on the valuations $82,950 is a low retail price so if your thinking mid 50's it should sell fast.

I think you missed one fine detail in his description...."F2". This is a hollow cabin race boat, not a full blown 382. I have no idea what the value is, I loved my 2002 382 but I'd have no interest in a race 382.

Yes, that is the problem it is hard to get a value. The boat is not completly useless it is fast and would be hard to go this fast in this big of a boat for this cheap. I love the boat and would like to keep but i just took a job with the local PD and my weekends are going to be gone for a long time. Thanks for the input.

What kind of speeds are you seeing with that setup? Any photos?

85 on gps at 5000 rpm. With some tunning and playing with the props i think it would run in the upper 80's no problem.
