Yeah, you'll probably have to go with a custom fit cover. I expect the covers from the factory are custom fitted before they leave since it would be hard to locate the snaps perfectly every time. Plus, I can't see why anyone would want to give up a good used cover, unless they wanted to change the color. I had a bimini and front, side, and aft curtains made last year. I've had good luck with bayshore canvas and had my canvas done last year by rabers canvas (in the Paula's boat canvas shop by the Selfridge launch). I'm not too wild about how he set up the bimini, but the quality isn't bad and he was the cheapest I found in the area. Go to Dockside for the absolute best and expect to pay accordingly.
And if you are looking around marinas at canvas, many shops sew in a business card on the inside at the center of the transom.
