Is it a big deal if they are shot? Are they not simple replacement? Excuse the simpleness of the question, but I don't know Kaama's other than everyone says they are great

Easy replacement if you can find one! Last I heard no one has them any more. There are guys that have talked about makeing a mold for new ones, and a few posts about guys using some kind of innertube?
