242 Water Tank
Anyone know where I can find a replacement one? Thanks
|
I remember those old water jugs. They were made by a company called Fabwel Plastics:
3403 Cooper Dr Elkhart, IN 46514 Or call at: 574-262-2521 It was a model J-2 w/hose barb and pickup. Rotsa ruck! |
Not terribly different from some RV's. If you are good at improvising a nice mod job you can make a 5 or 6 gal fresh water jug from Walmart work too.
The water "bag" in my 87 SS is just a bladder and of course I am scrapping that junk. My 89LS has the original jug style that I will use in the 87. Good luck |
Boilerdaddy, any idea where i could get some of the same switches like the blower, mine just broke and.was hoping to replace it with the red tab. 87 242LS.
Any help would be great thanks |
Those are actually lighted breakers, and super expensive. We only have a couple left in a couple amperages, but they run $90-$105. The good news is they are double protected by push-pull ETA breakers. The smart thing to do is find some lighted toggle switches and install them. Find a similar one and replace them as they fail, or, if you find that just knowing you have different switches makes you insane, replace 'em all at once.
